Been really busy at work but was concerned my server was always empty (and costing me 30 quid a month meanwhile)



   So I took everything off (except the server crash stuff :S)



   And it fills up.



   Hundreds of hours of modding - and the bleeders want an unmodded game.................



   duh !

i had this issue as well, and what ive found is that 75% of players use stand alone gaming programs, all seeing eye, xfire and such and will not see your server if you run a modified g_gametype string, try defining the string to whatever stock gametype is most like the gametype of the server!

I get a few people now and again but if you give it a catchy name which no other server could or would have thought of then you might get more people.
