You need to ask yer server provider that or test - increase maxplayers 2 at a time

Too many variables - would be guessing

I run a 24 man with max ping 200 and several mods without probs

But if I decide to welcome in the world with say ping 300 and its lag city unless i bin all the mods

You need more ram. If I were to host a server off my comp I could get around 12 to 16 players. 16 is pushing it to the limits tho. I have a 512kb upload 10 mb d/l. I also have 2.5 gigs of ram running on a 2.0 amd processor. I can run some mods also. I limit ping to 200 and max rate to 10000. I dont host if my comp much anymore. I get a good deal from my gsp at the moment. 16 slot server and a 30 slot ts for $38 a month.
