add the line "exec server_planes/trigger.scr ( 984 -4550 -422 ) "allies" .2" to the script file for the maps. They can be found in the pk3 files(not sure which one though)under maps/dm or maps/obj. Put that line under level waitill prespawn.I'm not sure how much you know about scripting so i'm not exactly sure what to tell you...If all this is too complicated then here just put this in your /main folder.

you can use the planes in any map but what i did is just an example. If you want them to work in any map you need to put the line"exec server_planes/trigger.scr ( 984 -4550 -422 ) "allies" .2" under level waittill prespawn but for that you'll need to know at least some basic scripting.Unzip the file and extract the pk3 it to your /MOHAA/main folder. Then load omaha beach and you will see little spinning planes. Walk into them and you will become a plane.I'll try and find you the file that let's you fly planes on several maps but you'll have to be patient.

They are all different. If you want to find them host your own undedicated server with no one. Go to the location where you want to put your plane and type in coord in the console. That will give you the coordinates for where you are standing(or specatating).The way I get it is by typing in logfile 1 in the console before that. That will save everyting in the console after the command into a file called qconsole.txt in your mainta forder.

Yes - the files were in the mod files section a while ago - since being integrated with admin pro they were removed, perhaps someone that downloaded them could pass them to you as i dont think Elgan has them seperate anymore
i removed them becuase they were even more buggy then the ones in AP>
atm as well as messing with a secret thing im meaning to write new flyable planes that work nice.
to remove them just remove the plane folder. Now without the rest the planes will crash. SO go through all the scripts finding any place where it says
= waitexec global/settings.scr
for example acceleration will look like this.
self.acceleration = waitexec global/settings.scr::getcmd "acceleration"
now, you need to change this line to a setting because AP can not be there to give it the settings. The setting for this i know is "20" because in flyable_planes.txt it says "acceleration" "20".
So change it to this
self.acceleration = 20
now do the same with

"startspeed"
"plane-bombs"
"rockets"
"eject"
"acceleration"
"deceleration"
"plane-hit-dmg"

find out the values for each, find in the script where it tries to get the values and replace the code with the value.

I'm from germany and my english is not so good. We want to have the airplanemod on our server. We have the adminmod downloaded. In the forum I've found a PK3 file for omaha beach. It works. Now we want to have the planes in other maps. What must we do? Sorry for my bad english and thanks for your help, I hope.

Each maps script (eg ... mohdm2.scr) will need the planes triggers added to them and included in the pk3

Ok heres a little job for a person/s keen and helpful ... add the flyables to every map in AA/SH/BT, give me the pk3/s and ill host it/them. The sfx guys are quite busy and have supplied you with a couple of predone maps, anyone interested out there in doing all the rest so we can host a full set for peeps (they can edit them with new coords once they have them - if they so wish)

Thanks Elgan, i'll try it. but now i have another problem.. after a few minutes of flying on omaha, the server crashes. I notice it only happened when there was more than 2 players. any suggestions?

Download and install Admin Pro - it has the planes scripts integrated into it. However you have to execute the planes from the map scripts for the appropriate maps

Its called "getting coords" , you do this by going somewhere in a map and opening console and typing coord, it will return the coords for where you are standing.

ok premierement tu doit avoir pakscape:tu peux l'avoir ici: http://files.filefront.com/PakScape/;1323402;;/fileinfo.html . cliquer sur nouveau(New). Maintenant utilise la methode "copy and paste"(Ctrl-C et Ctrl-V) pour mettre les fichiers dans le programme. Les fichiers .scr que vous avez modifies vont dans un dossier comme ca: maps/dm our maps/obj dans votre nouveau dossier;ca depends quelle maps tu veux mettre les avions dans; obj pour les maps avec des objectifs(generallement demolir quelquechose--obj_team 1 jusqu'a obj_team 4) ou dm pour les maps sans objectifs(mohdm1-mohdm4)
sauvez-le dans un format de Quake3 Pak(.pk3) commencant avec zzzzz(exemple-zzzzz_mes_mods.pk3)Le jeux utilisera automaticement votre nouveaux pk3 en premierr. Je ne sais pas si je suis trop clair mais si vous avez besoin d'aide demandez-moi.
PS:si tu fait omaha beach le dossier .scr va comme ca: dans votre nouveaux pk3 maps/obj/obj_team_3.scr. Si vous voulez une bonne exemple regarde

i cant edit the planes to i got it working in beach map by dling that file above but as soon as i try and fly it crashes i cant edit it so could somone config it then send it? or somthing
open notepad, find the scr and open it, or simply rename it to a .txt to edit. i know there are half a dozen decent scripts for each level on these forums.

and somthing i realy like info about is it says in settings of plane dmg per shot (any wep) is that code for any projectdile if so can i change it that it takes 30 pistol rounds/smg and 12 rifle shots so what code would i need to make that happen
