I got around to releasing a new mod. So here it is: the Panzer Party!
Everyone gets a panzerschreck with infinite ammo and no reloading. When you shoot, it pushes you back. I recommend playing with a higher runspeed (preferably 320) and no falling damage (dmflags 8 ) for a Quake 3 feel and great trickjumps.

Currently compiling a totally client side game - where i post m8s a cd with a 'patch' to play a private game occassionally. Keeping credits in place of course.
So Skins, custom maps and every thing else we never seem to capitalise in goes !!
Not a total conversion - more a 'pick n mix' private mod - so 'gore' mods etc are options - just wanna give 'em something they cant download or buy whist being fun
Thats a great mod, is there anyway of changing the damage to self on this so you can "Bazooka Jump" without losing health but still kill other players? I played a game like that in UT2004 great fun.
Nope, that's hardcoded into the game library.

I wanted to disable self damage, but I cannot without the access to the source.
However, you can do trickjumps e.g. on the Southern France bridge (stand on the railing and shoot down)!

I always get to the roofs and blow the hell out of my LANmates.
I played this when i saw it at .map spent an hour by myself just shooting those rockets off. its great fun.

some1 asked at tmt a while ago and i told him an alternative but it would kinda stink if the were shooting you at the time. lol this is the second time ive come up with an out of the box idea that is simple but you didnt think of... lol jp

since you already have the exec for the push back maybe you could do another trigger to get the projectile and while the projectile lives on you are safe. just an idea

Your solution would make you also temporarily invulnerable to other people's rockets, so I think it's not really worth applying it here. If you're fast enough and shoot all the time you're virtually immortal.
yea i think i said that... BUT maybe you can have it so when some1 else shoots your immortality turns off
Then again you would be vulnerable to yourself. You'd get people complaining about unfairness and stuff. Nah, this wouldn't work. Thanks for the suggestion though, it's appreciated.
