ok i foundwhat your talking about

the spawn button in the menu is broken

so to spawn objects in the map press your use key at the spot you want it

then right click to save it to your log

sorry for the problem and we will fix it fo the next release

Via script do ...

   mymodel scale 4

   mymodel notsolid

(of course you put the models name in place of mymodel)

ok this will add scale and notsoild

this line of code is generated by the ezmodder witch is placed in your qconsole.log

so to scale the object that you spawned with ezmodder you need to add scale (3) notsolid

   exampel:

   local.fix1 = spawn script_model model models/static/bigbed.tik origin ( 424.067 897.407 48.125 ) angle ( 177.100 ) scale (12) notsolid

this is a example for southern france it places a over sizes bed in the map

so at the end of the line you will need to add this

   scale (12) notsolid

Another way ...

   spawn vehicles/opeltruck.tik "targetname" "opel2"

   $opel2.origin = ( -4177.82 3585.53 256.13 )

   $opel2.angle = -6

   $opel2 scale 3

   $opel2 notsolid

(coords from obj_team4.scr - axis spawn area)

   choices :)

i don't know why, but it has become harder to spawn things with out this Modded, Like if i do it by guess and cheack the model disapears with all the others and stuff :(, can't wait for the later release that well be Sweet

you need to exec the dev cfg whtch turns on develope mode

then exec dev1 witch turns off develope and turns mohaa bach to normal

develope allows all the coords to be save to your qconsole.log

right click saves the info and use key spawns the stuff

this is the last time i will try to explain this

ok if u cant get it ill give it a shot on to explain.

another aproach is to make ur moh shortcut have this at the end

+set developer 1

   then in console type

bind m pushmenu EZModder

then press m it will bring up a menu. in that menu select the model u wish to spawn. walk around ur map and place the models where u want kinda like basebuilder. then once they are all placed hold fire and wait for the onscreen message to say done.

go into ur /main folder and look for ur qconsole.log at the bottom of that it will have the list of spawns. copy and paste those into ur map above level wait til prespawn.

u need to use some brains to use it. u can just place stuff around the map and expect it to stay. u actually have to make the maps .scr

its designed to make it easier for ppl that know how to really mod. not to teach how. it will not teach u how to mod.
