SO:) i kinda reaconise this, i think maybe i have seen it before. This time. I have DEFAULT! game. Not a single mod.
I was looking through some cvars to find ones to filter in the next mohfill fix. After entering some cheat cvars and changing them i realised cheats was set 1, so i turned cheats 1 again but moh crashedm WHen i loaded the map again. I noticed the loading screen was white. Upon entering the map i walked arround and thought i could see manon reflecting on the floor. However, i was a german soldier! I hit spec and moved away, To my surprise, It is a picture of a lady, smiling and watching me play.
I am not going to post what cvars it took because i dont know, Also they are cheat cvars. They must be saved in my config however as i rebooted to make sure it wasnt an opengl thingy messing up with some film.
maybe i will post my config folder later hm.

hehe nice, probably you, or the cheat changed textures somehow. btw, I am pretty sure the lady is a decal.

no, i think it was intensional. why wud anyone put a lady picture in the floor shader and leave it commented out instead of deleting it?
