Hello Everyone,
I have a little problem. Our clan has a Public server but the problem is this, There always people who think they are funny by restarting the map time after time :(( . I've heard there is a Server side mod availible, but can some tell me where i can download such a mod, so it is no more possible to restart it by typing RESTART in console.

you must hex out the dll, do u know how to know hex edit?
