ok i know how to make a cross hair with paint and it works good making that way now my issuse is i need to take off the white backround make it transpairent so i can see tho mycross hair i need i tool i guess to beable to make it to a tga as well .... anyone know a free tool that will take the back round from it make it transpairent

I believe you can do that with irfanview too, www.irfanview.com saveas JPG or GIF or PNG and then in the options box checkmark choose tranparant color.
