i dont really care since i cant run it. In fact i could, but my ATI radeon 9550 256mb doesnt support pixel shader 3 meh! Ill wait for community feedback to see if Its worth the upgrade but i am not much optimistic. I am too busy with TA too ..so.
I wonder why Blackhat as a community manager has not come here @ MRU , the best MOH modding site yet to talk about MOH:A... Probably because he had nothing to say regaring modding ? A shame.

Not mentioned in the specs is the fact this game also installs the Ageia physx driver, so presumably has physx support too.
Well my pc probably can handle it but my crap video card will take away the fun I think

so I'll just wait till it's available on the 360 which is very soon
Was playing it last night, its not as bad as i thought it was gonna be, definately requires a powerful pc but dont they all these days
for the comments Ive seen no one seems to be impressed :S
Oh i dont know, im impressed by some aspects of it, i was getting some mouse lag though which makes it a bit choppy especially in a crowded room with guns blazing, the rooftop access is a lot better, something which AA should have utilised more i think - a bit more realistic.
Can't play it on my Pc...(Vid Card)
Can play it on my Laptop..
Yea It has some mouse lag.(was getting my ass handed to me with the mouse lag..:D )
And the Vid card on the Laptop has the Min specs that can run it.
It's not really as bad as i thought..
yeah I got lag from it also, had to put the resolution down to 800 by 600 where my resolution is 1440 by 900 otherwise it lags out. I find this odd since my PC has way over the specs for the game although I have problems playing MOHAA now with lag...
EDIT: My specs are:
AMD Dual Core - 4.2 Total GHz
3GB ram
760MB NVIDIA 7600GS Graphics card
Windows Vista
I seemed to do ok at 1280x1024 with all settings on high my specs are
AMD socket 939 FX-60 dual core cpu
EVGA mobo
2 gigs corsair ram
Asus 8800 GTS video card
I liked it . It feels like Mohaa . I got a bit confused at first I didn't know who to shoot and I am still getting use to the controls I didn't remap them yet . The grenades could be better though . The iron sights suck I don't relly like having to hold the right mouse button I would rather have it toogle or maybe try not using them . I didn't really play it that long though . I will have to adjust the brightness a bit it can be a bit dark . I wonder what a daylight game would be like . But all in all from what I did see I am buying it thats for sure . A bit early to say since I didn't play it that long but I'll give it 9/10 .
Anyone know where i can find the settings for the Video??
I want to put everything on low for my laptop,to see if it lags less..
I got a pop up screen at install about the settings, but since then i can't find em...
Start > All Progs > Electronic Arts > Medal of Honor Airborne Demo > Medal of Honor Airborne Setup
TY but it still lags all on low...:D
with almost 100% CPU usage from Demo.exe....:p
Maybe new Vid card for PC is in order...
be sure it supports pixel shader 3 carl
Yea i know...
Have not decided if i wanna spend 150 to 200 now...:D
Nice engine, multiplayer should be interesting, tweaked my thompson for extra ownage lol
The ironsights i like, gives you better accuracy and is more realistic

I mean, for an U3 game made in 2007 no one seems to be much impressed. Ais, physics etc
Hehe Carl
Thats because most games are the same these days Alex, theyre all very good so to be outstanding is going to take something else, we also need to see what multiplayer is going to be like, thats the real test in my opinion.
I still think BF2 is going to take some beating
I think its great, played it like 6 times now and each time like it more and more, funny im not getting no mouse lag ? Im running on default specs, just adjusted the brightness to suit and mouse senceitivity. If m/player is along the same lines should be great , i cant wait now
my specs
AMD 4600+ duel core
2 gig ddr2
7600 GT nvidia 256mb

Indeed MP is the real test, and we will see from there, however I am not going to pay for a game (50 €) plus the expenses of upgrading a fully functional system at the moment, to test or for a game I might not even like. I have a P4 with 768 mb ram and an ati radeon 9550 256mb ( in which i ran almost all games) In short words, this baby ask for a very powerful and new system to play it in a competitive level, not only run it, so Ill wait for community feedback after the release and then see if its worth all that money. I just simply can afford it atm in my budget, Too many expenses this year

and EA havent convinced me yet with this title.
At the end of the day it also has to be modding friendly and not just sell and move on and forget the players/modders, so if that doesnt exist i cant see it (or any title for that matter) doing really well.
whats the lowest specs anyone has played the demo on? it played well for me on a nvidia 6600 "not GT" amd sempron 3100+ 2 gig ddr 400

1.86 dual core
X1400 Vid card
1 gig ram.
Lagged like a bitch...:D
My Laptop.
I really would not say it "Played" though...:p
I barely made it outa the briefing room..
Strangely i havent been back on it, oh well i guess im not impressed after all, back to Panzer Elite
Yeah, it gets boring doing the same mission over and over, especially on a PC which doesnt really like the game :p, MP will probably be good and I hope the maps are much bigger than older releases of MOH and there are some new gametypes brought into the game.

Maps, well there are a few maps. like 5 or 6 in which you can find some remakes, aka, DV, The Hunt or something like that. Gametypes theres TDM, ROUND and a Flag thing obj type.
Remakes are present in most games Halo and Halo 2 for example, it just needs something different this time or its going to be the same as other MOH titles. Like Cobra said:

thats the problem, i am not sure if MOHA is that good as the rest ...
Just tested the demo on the xbox360.
I think it looks great and on the 360 it runs very smooth and I can't wait for the multiplayer.
But I think the AI kinda Sux ! it sometimes happens a enemy is standing right next to you doing nothing at all even if he saw you.
Another thing I don't like is befor you get awarded for good shooting you can aim right on the head and the guy just can't be hit.
After you get the upgrade it all of the sudden is possible to hit him much easier.
I think this is kinda strange, I mean when I aim good I must hit someone with or without a award a hit is a hit.
I think the Singleplayer of COD is much better but I still like to see what will happen in the multiplayer.
Still I like it but I guess I'dd expected a bit more...
Neway when I look at the singleplayer it just makes me want Brothers in Arms Hell's Highway even more now
Yeah I agree the AI is useless, but its only a BETA, it will probably be fixed and improved, along with the animations of the AI in the background...
Well let's all hope they do then cause we had top wait a long time for this game so I hope it won't let me down to much
I think I may have sorted my laggy MOH:A and many other games related problems, it was Vista, the operating system that is supposed to be able to run the game fine, Ive just moved back to XP because it uses next to nothing memory and processor usage.
You need at least 1.5 gig of ram...
For vista to operate OK!!!!
Yup and I thought 3 gig would be enough...
