Wild ones taste best, altho you should try a Rook casserole sometime - kinda like a mixture of rabbit and beef flavour!

dude you guys havent lived until you have had Turduckhen. It a hen stuffed into a duck stufeed into a Turkey and it is all boneless. Its heaven in meat.btw nice photoshoped image. hard to tell but the little baby ducks have a lighter hew than the rest of the pic.

so go and do that. it will take a long time but hey, it will be the best meal you ever had. oh and you have to stuff the cavaties with a dressing of some sorts. dont know how you could kill rice though.
