Some of you already might know of the MOH project we are working with Elgan. Resident Evil. We are slowly making progress, and Elg is doing an excellent scripting work, however we might need some help. We are looking for "animators" and maybe some modellers and some skinners. Salombo, already contributed with some skinning work

but for this projet, we need an animator. A player animator.
Also, ideas and thought are welcome. Here some pics, for the ones that havent seen them

falling back from biting after being pushing off by player

possibly get with rookie_onel; he had me build a prototype mall map for his zombie mod . i dunno what he had in the way of new animations though . good to see atomic .
u mean survival horror? it was server side. dunno what other he did?
this was years ago and i don't think he ever got too heavy into it .

and Creap, i got that playing with light, textures and shaders. In game looks much better though, believe me, the vidquality is not the best.

The achitecture is in a 80 % status, and hope to finish it in less than a month if everything goes well. Then some scripting to add for this SP remake and hopefully well have a realease for all of you. Ill keep you informed with new pics and videos anyway. Thanks again

We were thinkging of a LOGO for MOH Resident evil, so if anyone is interested in trying to make one for the mod that would be great.

Hm .. I must look. I think the jacket of allied-pilot, cut off the sleeve and the shirt, with scale 101% should be acceptable as a vest.
then add this "new vest" to german-worker model... dont know. if that will work......
but the texturing... hm... i think, that this will be not my part...... i see, that you are a pixel-genius!
ps.: i dont know now, what happend to scalefactor of vest, when anim will run!!??? :dozingoff
i can take care of the texturing as long as you put a simple texture on the vest and i also think your plan will work as i am already using the german_worker skin .
hm... i think, the mainproblem will be the scale in base-model. i guess, scale will go lose, when anims are running, also the position... i look short inside skd-files and see, that postion of pilotjacket and workerbody are not simular placed..... so shoulder dont fit!!!!!!! if i fix this in basemodel i'am afraid, i have to that in all anims..... realy not in my mind....! :no
i guess, a simple grafikwork on worker-shirt will not in your mind?????? this might be easyer, but look very poor!!??

I have a STARS logo if needed
that's perfect cubus, i can modify the vest now . herr, i also have a great copy of the stars patch however it becomes blurred in game due to it's location . you actually have to cut it in half to sit on one part of the texture and match up the other half on another part of the texture . cubus, i'll get with you or just email the .zip of the model to me . great work cubus . oh and herr, the winchester is an american rifle .

need to know how the arm patch looks (left upper arm) as with no video card yet for this new/used cpu, it looks pixilated to me no matter what i do .
looks good enough to me. Im in the office now, but as soon as I get home ill try to get a pic of the patch for you.
i have plenty pics of the patch , herr . the problem is no matter if i resize or not, the patch becomes a blur in-game .

'created' a new model for the jill valentine skin by simply editing the misc_german_worker.tik to scale the model smaller . works well if the model is used as ai however when i create a mp .tik skin and code it to use the new jill valentine .skd, the skin shows up as regular size . same if i create a new ai_multiplayer.tik using the ai/jill valentine.tik . but at least it's a start .
the resize idea would be great, although i dont think is that important. If you can accomplish it, the better though. One thing i can tell you is that she looks a little flat in the front ..hehe
i dont know, if i'am right, but as far as i can see, there are all mp-player.tik without a call for sacle.
so i think, scaleing a mp-player isn't either not possible or not allowed by editing tik-files........... maybe thats the reason, game didn't react for this call
but i remember a mod, which "shrinks" in special situation... hidding a trigger... something like that.
so, just a idea......
place a trigger around your spawns and mapscript have to check "cvar g_playermodel" on local.player for actual player-model.
if model is simulare to your specified "jill_valentine" ...... local.player scale to 0.9 - or what ever you like
anyhow... i dont know, if "g_playermodel" will work, but you guys will know, what i mean.... hopefully!
odd thing, i added scale 48 to the .tik for multiplayer skin and it worked, enough so that i could adjust the scale value up and down until i got it right and then , after i added a model to the skin, it went back to regular size . even after i removed the model the scaling didn't work .
i believe i'll just use a regular sized model as manon is pretty much the same size as the other models . the only drawback may be her hands looking man like .
Have you tried scaling down those models too ?

hm.. i have to check the possibility to scale the basic-model in LR to...... 92,5% - which seems simular to 0,48 pkm tryed - and export model as new *.skd-file.
but i dont know, what happend, when anims are called..... i have to try it out.. please give me some time.....
about combatknife... will be done this evening... maybe it will look better, if i scale knife a little shorten and more wide.... this one you send me lokks more as "bayonet"

592-zzzuser_cubus_re-fighter_v2.zip i place the knife and the holster inside the player-skd-file.... so no seperate spawn by tik-file will be needed... i think, thats a esay way. does that meet with your approval?
ps: i rearrange the pathes and some picturenames.... this was easyer for me, to check my models ingame... the way you use pathes on directorys and shaderfiles was a little...... unhandy :p
