Hi,
I'm trying to change my avatar, but everytime I upload a new one, the old one still appears... :con I tried deleting the old one and it's still the same. :| WTF?

I think you tried uploading .tga files when you try to upload them it will say it uploaded but they won't be there

The problem will be either one or all of three things,
First: The file type is the wrong type . You said JPG so thats ok.
Second: The picture file size is too big. Limit is 50kb
Third: The pic siz is too big - 110pixels x 110pixels is the limit

Well, it's the image in my previous post. Right click -> properties and you can see it's 80x100x1.64KB... I don't get it... :s
