Ok I know this will probably be impossible but here it goes...

   

   Have a mod where if ur hit in the legs ur guy falls and u have to press ctrl to get back up and u have to pick ur weapon up again. same if ur hit in the arms only u dont fall, just drop ur gun. The if a grenade blows up near ur legs, one or both blow off and u cant get up so ud have to crawl! Or get your hands and arms blown off and you can even use ur weapons! And a lot more could happen to!

   

   Is it even possible?
