I say it can only be a good thing I have a little experience with linux and I must say I find it much better than windows in every way.

   

   that said though it really is let down when/if you want to play games.

   

   never used wine but I have heard good and bad things about it.

   

   have played mohaa on a linux machine before (without wine) got a whopping 20 fps and major sound issues ( in the bridge you could here the river like you were stood in it where ever you were in the map).

yhea basicly you can choose from enemys weapons if you want to./know how

well as some of you know I left {sfx} recently because of a difference of opinion.

   

   Now as far as I am aware I haven't been rude or belittling to any {sfx} members in the past or now.

   

   That is why I am quite frankly shocked at the comments/attitude on display.

   

   can someone not have a different perspective on things? - If they do it makes them your enemy?

   

   All I wanted was to be able to still post on these public forums but some of the comments made are making it very hard.

   

   I have no problem with any {sfx} member and respect every one of you - yes I disagree with some of your principles.

   

   seems to me if you dont agree with {sfx} your not welcome.

mefy scripted a good way of doing this.

   

   you just simply have to find the lowest point of your map for it to work.

   

   think it is included in his latest version.

   it is a client/server mod so everyone needs it.

   my weapon mod does this, it brings all sh weapons into AA including smokes.

   

   just choose correct skin:

   

   english skin - english weapons

   russian skin - russian weapons

   ittalian skin - itallian weapons

to simply read the contents open them using notepad.

   

   to "edit" them (very limited ammount you can actually do) use a hex editor.

   

   I really do not think EA give a flying fudge about the moh series anymore.

   you will need the bt patch as well (found on ea's site)

I think one of the bt patches was corrupt there was two :

   

   2.40/2.40b

   

   you could try uninstalling and reinstall then repatch if nothing else works.
