I know this isnt really your cup of tea but I need a server control panel for stopping and starting a server can anyone help me out?

I am In no way trying to steal your modders I've spoken to Cobra about this project and am simply posting to ask any modders who may be able to help out in it to head over to these forums and register then if they see something they can help out with to post that is all Thanks for your time.
