I have a problem with my UK server crashing every day and this is part of the qconsole any ideas what I can do to stop it?

Would anyone know a cure for delta frame to old?  That is the message I'm getting in when ever I join into any mohaa server now.  I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers for video card with no luck. "nvidia geforce 6800 ultra" it just started and it happens in all servers eventually.  Any help would be great.
