any idea which file is relevant for text appearing?

ui_hud 0 only removes compass, health bar, bullets, crosshair however all text remians

ive tried this also but never could get it. This is possible as a person has this thing done, however wont share it with noone

   

   But with a little help from him he said that localization.txt is not the only file to adjust, its different files also. I just dont which ones.. So maybe one of you skilled people know im an amatuer at these things.
