how do i get the flyable_planes mod work

Hi all i downloaded the admin-pro mod and i installed the anticamp and the others mods that came with the package but the flyable_planes mod dont work but i tryed the coding but I dont know where i input the information into. I tryed the help menu but i didnt understand what it was going on about. Plz can you help
