is there a modding school ???? please make one beacase i want to mod and be better on the website also a {sfx} if i make great mods i made something but's its not useless anymore

Theres mods in the mod files section you can study and learn from and plenty of help in the forums, then you need to decide if you are  going to map / script / model etc

   

   Theres also some tutorials, you just need to read thru what it is you want to do and start experimenting, and ask for help when you get stuck

You said you use c++ & vb, so scripting should be nothing to you with alittle revising.
