....install the admin pro 1.22 becuase i dont know how to install RAR files...

I think you cannot install rar files, you first need to unzip them. You need to install Winrar first and use it to unzip AdminPro

Download http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm">WinRar and extract the .rar first...
