serverside elgbot

hi ive been on a few server where they have a kind of serverside elgbot which records a players killing spree and who ended it, u guys any idea where i can find this mod or how to make 1???

its done with server watch, there is a meathod to script it but the script is not %100 so therefore i dont reacomend it.
