no respawn on death

Hi all,

   

   I need some help.  I am trying to get a TDM server so that there is no respawn.  I am running mostly stock maps but the problem I am having is everyone keep respawning and I dont want to have to change the maps themselves. I thought I could do it either by the server .cfg or by MOHAA Counter Intelligence but I havent figured out how to do it.. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can change it or a mod I can use I would appreciate it...

Change the gametype to 3 which is roundbased. set g_gametype 3 no respawn in that gametype.
