wierd ci message

one of our clans admins recently sent me a msg saying this

   

   Had a player on the server Saturday night named Tio.  CI kept giving me a message "Player Tio is not on the server".  He wasn't doing anything strange, but I don't know what that message means due to this is the 1st time i have seen this.

   

   any ideas or have any ya guys seen this before?
