Console doesn't work

Hi..

When I try to run console commands it doesn't respond ??

like when I type rconpassword xxxx
then
rcon say Hello world

it didn't give me any sign :\

Few things that pop to mind..

If you're trying this on local (just running a map from your own mohaa), rcon doesn't work, and you'd need to use all commands without rcon in front of it.
If it's on an actual server, double check the rconpassword in the server.cfg to see if you've written it correctly, also make sure there aren't 2 rconpasswords in your server.cfg (CTRL+F and type in 'rconpassword' to search quickly if there are more than 1), cause it would only pick the last one in the config.
Also try spamming it in console a few times to make sure it picked up your password.. then try something simple as 'rcon status' also try and spam this a few times, just to make sure it's not a bug or something.

I Tried many times
also restart the server
but still doesn't work  :-[  :-[

Are you able to control the server (with rcon) via external software?
Like scapp-host, CK Autokick, MOHAA:CI or similar?

It could also be that something is sending too many packages to your server and you can't get through it.
(Oh this is for Breakthrough right?)
