NEW CPU

hi guys im soon i will be having a new cpu. i was wondering if you guys could give me a idea of what to get, me and my dad are building it up from scratch im having a box with four ports for hard drives!

   I was wondering iif it would be worth while geting a two screen setup with two graphics cards (but of low quality) or a 1 screen steup with a wiquid graphics card with a video card!

   any help much appreciated

Asking what spec to get is pretty stupid, were just goin to say get the best and fastest cpu + mb around. now if you said you had a price limit we might beable to recommend one.
