dedicated box mod

hey all: my clan and i have recently bought our own machine for renting out servers and to put a few of our own on: there is a mod out there somewere for a dedicated box that lists and displays player kills (ie)"viper is on fire with 10 kills since his last death" and so on: ive searched everywere for it and cannot find it: so if anyone knows this mod can you point me in the direction to get it?? thx
