Admin pro help

The help topic seems to be locked guys...i have just come across this nifty little program and have uploaded the files to my server.

   However being a bit of a noob...i can't find out how to change settings from my console. Is there a list of commands available??

There is a 'Settings' Folder, with all you need =)
