worth buying ?

Hi guys, ive been offer in my office a brand new PC (if i want it for personal use) for 500 €

   

   Its a dell 19" Flat screen,

   AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core 4200+ ,

   1gb ram ddr2 533mhz,

   160gb sata HD,

   nvidia 6150 LE Nforce (little crappy this one)

   dvd+-/RW 16x max blah blah

   

   You guys think its worth getting ? I mean i already have my P4 from 2002 that ive been upgrading but...

nah, i dont really need it but its brand new, im still using a regular PC screen. I mean, i was looking to buy a flat screen 19" and i know it costs like 250 € - Dunno, i guess i can buy it for my parents and switch them the screen. Just wondering, i dont know much of pcs anyway, just the basics.
