   This site has a few tutorials and a MoH Hand Book (full of mapping tuts) in the downloads section. The MoH Hand Book: I don't know how to open chm files, so I uni-extracted its contents, it contains .html files. I'll attach a zip with the html files with the chm if someone can open it properly.    i dont know, if he active right now, last thing i hear, he joined manstein-community..... but this was some years ago....
