ok this is my first draft

   

   (*edit i did put a link but dont go directly to it , coz its designed for 550*110 so if you look at it fullscreen it looks awfull Just look at the bottom of my post below my irc sig*)

   

   hehe ill probably do some more on it later ... and ill need to add more names thats if anyone wants to use it

   

   i liked the spotlight effect on the sfx sigs so i did something similar i didn't want to just copy it exactly .. ill probably put a nice backround on it ..

   and no .. the picture quality isn't that bad i put noise on the lens so it would look like electric night binocs or whatever .. anyway i was gonna use a sniper scope but realised it wouldn't be enlarged

   

   also i accidently flattened the text so i can do anyone a banner but itll take me about 30 mins coz ill have to redo the layer with the text ... i think it only has the german soldier so it wont take lone (probably more like 5 mins but im giving myself some slack) if you would like one post here ! or if you would like me to change it post comments ! ,

how do u make spotlights ? 4 siggys ?

Its done using flash - U can do it in imageready or some gif making software.. but ours are made by framuss using flash
