idea for new smoke grenades for spearhead

i was wondering when enyone get time if u could make the smoke grenades  flash like a flach bang like right when they hit the ground but it would still put out smoke.

there is a command flash thoguht i dont think it works.

   

   I dont know if you could bind people either:S
