rcon Commands

Hi there,

   

   I'm not sure if I'm in the right Discussion but by chance, using rcon, is there a way to screw only oe person over. For example: There are 5 people in my server, one is being a stroke but I do not want to kick him, is there a way for me to type in something in rcon that will take his weapons away and not anyone else so that he is running around weaponless and can't get a new weapon even if he changes it. Because i now in Counter Strike that there is a rcon code to turn people into llamas. I was just wondering if it existed and if not if anyone could figure out how to do it!
