Admin-Pro 1.12 Beta Out

yep. A new beta. No new planes YET> but i have a some fixes for you.

   

   Change Log

   

   1.12 beta

   * Fixed game.reset not keeping mod on/off settings.

   * Added extra setting to game.reset to allow keeping mod on/off settings but map specific.

   * game.show_on_mods Now shows 1 second after map change and round.

   

   Think i should post in news?

probably as i almost missed this and those bugs can be annoying :)

   

   btw on omaha beach in the planes you can fly underwater without getting killed unless you hit an anti-tank trap or a boat then you will go boom

would probably have to use a trig to fix the water thing... beleive the states make it so you can go underwater

Elgan... Just wanted to say THANKS!! Admin-Pro is a very nice mod and seems to be working very good now on both of our servers. WTG!! GREAT JOB!!

   

   One thing I would recommend.. we use the Anti-camp part of the mod and have Sniper rifles immune from camping.. well if someone runs into a spot with a rifle or nade in thier hand and then switch to the rifle... they still get hurt, it must read the pistol/nade insteand of the sniper rifle becuase it reads there last step maybe... not sure... but it would be nice to be able to tell what weapons they have out... before it starts hurting them.

i knowm, im re-doing the flyable planes atm. May take a while before final is out, However the beta seems pretty ok.

   I have thought about this, been trying to come up with a way of keeping track of the primary weapon without constant checking.

Just tried admin pro v 1.12 on our server and when ever you get in a plane it blows up or when you start to move it blows up.

   

   We went back to version 1 but we have a problem with that also planes fly normaly on obj maps but are slow and juddery on tdm maps any ideas.

nope didnt edit settings at all but we have onw more mod and thats a flamethrower mod i made. was wondering would CI MaM files affect it.

Ok. I've been running this mod since its release. Its all good, works great but i have a few suggestions/bugs.

   

   1. In survivor when you get eliminated, it sends people to spec. It would be best if it would just keep them in the team but he/she would be dead(like roundbased). A possibility would be people on teamspeak who get eliminated, who can see everyone, giving away the other players positions. Also some people who've never played the mod, who came in the battle in the middle of the round, couldn't join a team because they were in spec, so they left.(Also when i get eliminated from the battle, the camera also spins wildly for about 1.5 secs. Then it switches to the movie like effect.)

   

   2. Survivor conflicts with mefy's mod. I tested it with both demolition and surviror, and both mods ran at the same time. Is there a way to turn off survivor for roundbased gametype?

   

   3. Is there a way to turn off countdown, survivor in the game without having to reboot the server(shut down, then start server again)? I have tried editing the script.txt in the game and saving it. And then doing a ingame restart(normal restart) and mod would not turn on/off. You have to shut down the server and start it again for changes to take effect.

   

   4. Planes seem laggy, at least in my server. Although when i press the Down button, the plane looses its laggy feel and they seem normal.

   

   Other than that the mod works fine. :):):):):):):):)
