Copyright and things...

For much tim ethis has puzzled me:

   

   If I include music on a map from some random CD I find will I be thrown in Jail, shot and burn in the fires of hell for all eternity aas a horrible Criminal? How does copyright work and can I say include a radio that plays music...from say..a CD I have from the Royal Marines Band?

If you can prove its from a disk (EDITED) then i dont see a problem? after all.. how many "what ever u call ems" play MOHAA? lol and how many do you think will know you dont have permission dont worry about it i say
