Problem installing *Blade Mod* on Spearhead

Hello all,im slowly learning about running a server and stuff and wondered if anyone could help me work this out?

   I host a game of Spearhead between friends now and again and wanted to install The Blades Gravity Mod http://www.urc-clan.com/download.php?view.3 which also includes Gravity Mod,CTF,freeze tag and some other stuff.

   I finally got it all set up to play Ctf and the Gravity mod but thats on Aliied Assault.I wanted to play these mods with Spearhead [Like some servers are doing] but cant work out how to do this.

   If anyone could help or knows what im talking about :dozingoff i would be extremely grateful
