breakthrough maps for spearhead server

hi guys , i got 2 mods for bt to sh but neither of them work, i even took off all mods on the server so that they wouldnt conflict but still no luck, so if any1 has a mod that works or can tell me how to do it i would much appreciate it, i just wanna allow any player to connect to my server using spearhead and play breakthrough maps, i dont mind if they are single player converted maps or multiplayer anything would be welcome, so thanks in advance for you help and advice guys. please please help me if you can im desperate lol.

Everyone would need the mods to see them if theyre items from BT, what mods are you talking about - maps? models?

the mod has a lot in it cobra, its supposed to allow you to play bt maps in a spearhead server and its server side as far as i know, its 238mb though so its very big , its got 11 files in it, anim, env, gags, german, global, maps, models, scripts, sounds, textures,and ui. i dont know y its so big but hey. i can send it to you if you need to look at it. any advice would be appreciated man , thanks.

It isnt serverside m8, everyone has to have that PK3 in their mainta to see/join the maps

   

   Stones, Phil and I converted them a while back, maybe the same ones - was a link in Mod Files for them.

   

   Everyone has to have the PK3 for anything none-standard

i think that might be the conversion i made

   yes the file size is huge but the maps need all the files in there so you can see all the textures

   yeah i took what cobra and phils and stones work and finished the conversion

   the first conversoin only had a hand full of maps now all sh and bt maps are converted for mohaa

   but i did 1 for sh

   i converted all bt maps to sh

   but there all client server side

Nice job, btw Stones messed up and didnt release the right work of ours, was all done ready and he released an older 1

   

   (Even had Bots1 and one of the BT maps was a kill the General mod)

   well i have a BT/SH conversion pk3 called zzzz_na_maps.pk3  MOH North Africa  Mod by somes {sfx}

   Maplist is as follows: Anzio Bizerteharbor Palermo Tunisia

   

   my question is .. there's folks who use the BT.exe or BT CD to join SH servers & it works so last night

   i did a test droping that zzzz_na_maps.pk3 into my SH server wondering if a BT.exe Client will still need to

   install zzzz_na_maps.pk3 to connect on a BT/SH server since he have pretty mutch all the bsp maps inside maintt folder

   but no luck looks like the client cant find the bsp map

   

   So if im right even ppls who use BT CD will still need that client side zzzz_na_maps.pk3  ? or im doing somthing wrong ?

Hi ProStock, i have not heard of BT users joining a SH server without the Pk3`s, the BSP version numbers have been changed to 13 (AA) in them, so i would say they all need Pk3, Perhaps they were the ones Creaper done for SH which will have a different version number

Well we have somes of our players that have only AA v1.11 & BT v.2.40 installed & no SH mainta dir or exe & they play all the maps from spearhead in our servers no client pk3 needed

   maybe you should give it a try if you have the Warchess you need to join by ip of course but it werks

   so that's why i was wondering if i add this pk3 in the server, only ppls who use Spearhead exe will have to dwl the client side BT expansion

Maybe i couldnt join when it was on a stock map, not sure, but ill take your word that it works
