yeah, the dialing-sequence...... a deadly part of modeling...

   

   meanwhile i do the 4th rework on this gatemodel.  

   ... again a major reorganisation in meshes....hopefully the last one

   

   gate model is now separated in 4 single models, which are linked together by tik-files.....

   but now i think, i can handle all needed texture-anims in such a way, it should be...

   

   right now i do the shader work and then............ then

   lynx, after this work perfect for me, i can tell you all needed steps ..... so you do them on your own model

there was a stargate mod years ago. have a see if u can find it and use any of it.

   

   however have to say, damn impressive. wanted to do a teleport like that worm hole thing in yeas/. its nice to see someone use the full range of tricks and engine resources that is possible. really impressive!!!

   

   top notch work 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah, and elgan i have found theese but so far no stargate mods have been released for medal of honor because they all fell down, shamefully, also the 2 previous mods made by Shifty and Jonas have been based on the show Stargate SG-1 and this one is based on Stargate Atlantis but some some models they created may come in handy

i remember playing on a map made in stargate fashion with a gate and it was some sort of team obj game. i cant remember much, was long long long ago.
