Hi,

   

   There's a guy in the Polish MoHAA community called Piter. He's been releasing various mods for quite a while and their subjects being identical as your mods' raised my suspicions. I looked into 'his' anti camper mod and compared it with Elgans - he just changed the cvar names and claims it's his! He also 'made' a SP-maps-in-MP mod, which I couldn't get, but I bet it's again a ripoff of yours.

   

   Then, he announced on a few Polish forums he 'made' a map called Omaha Assault. He's just unbelievable - he claims to have done your map, which hasn't even been released yet!

   

   What he does is untolerable. It's sad we've got such people in the community... I think we should shame that bitch.    Krotko mowiac, Piter, wstydz sie - wykorzystales to, ze team {sfx} nie jest u nas znany. Wziales cudza robote i sie pod nia podpisales, nie wspominajac o oryginalnych autorach, bez ktorych gowno bys zdzialal. Evil or Very Mad {sfx} zostana powiadomieni o tym, co wyprawiasz.

Now about jv_map's snow contest mod.I did download that one also to see if he was credited for the mod and in the readme file jv_map is credited for this mod

   it is def my old one though cos it uses variable names that no one else wud use

Ok i have spoken with piter and hes saying he as only edited it to polish language and it does give credit to the maker, which he said Phil. So i have told him its Elgans work/mod and to change that fact asap.

   

   So i downloaded the mod again and it still says:

   Where's the readme? It's just a zip containing a .pk3, nothing more.

   

   And that post of mine at moh.gamesnet.pl is exactly the same as I wrote here but in Polish.

   

   And he lies he mentioned Phil. There's nothing at all, or if there is now, he did it after I made the fuss. I'm gonna upload the files somewhere so you can download them and see for yourself.
