2 person drivable jeep

is it possible to make a drivable jeep with another player as gunner in a multiplayer map??  could you please help me with this mod?

Scorpio Midget already made one of those a while back, I forget what the maps name was but it had drivable everything in

How Could the map be changed to mohdm7 ?

I think a custom map was used because of issues with stock maps. Its not something I would consider undertaking myself.
