No Melee

Hi Guys

   

   I have changed sever to a dedicated MOH Spearhead, I have uploaded Adminpro everything seams too work fine, however, we have not got melee on any weapon, we can short throw nads/smoke.

   

   When I remove the adminpro we can use the melee, I have looked through the files but is unable to findout what is causing this, could you please advise me on how to have adminpro with melee.

are u sure AP is running? This is because ap is not able to set the correct state files. This may be because your server is linux and it cant open the text files. Try putting the settings folder inside  a pk3.

   

   If that doesnt work and everything on AP is actualy fine, cept the anims are not. You can set the state files to use manualy. go into settings/advanced.txt and find the state file bit, set them all to nagle_sh. This should fix your rpoblem. However AP should work it out. If you ahve to do this there may bean execution rpoblem or conflict. It may also just be because your server is has a weird version string.

   Yes the server is linux, ap runs fine, the anti camper works fine and the scrolling text.

   

   I have uploaded the Setting folder as pk3 and it still wont work, I have tried to upload it with the folder and files inside, then tried an upload with just the file. the first way got melee but no anti-camper, the second got no melee and no anticamper.  Would iot be best if the game was hosted on a windows server rather than a linux.

   you should be uploading it as a pk3, with a folder name ssettings and inside that, the settings. Do you have any other mods ??

Hi Elgan

   

   The only mod we run is Mefy freeze tag the lastest version, I have upload as you said above and uploaded it as a pk3 with the file only.

   

   Ok be honest, I can take it, just kick me in the (OOPPPPsSss) lol, should we move to a windows server host.

   hm, im really confused.  if u upload it as a pk3, campoer etc works right? if so, just change the state files it uses?
