Screenshot Issues

Have been having issues with CI Screenshots. A few members of my clan and a couple members of the public have brought up concern over their Screenshot Folder not being in there MOHAA/MAIN. I know when it is a fresh install, there is no Screenshot folder until one is taken either with F12 or other methods. I have asked my members to try taking a SS with F12 and still no screenshot folder...The members who are having issues are running Windows Vista, wondering if anyone else is having problems with it? Would it work if they manually added a screenshot folder to their MOHAA/MAIN?

in vista the screenshots are placed diffrent.

   tell them to look here:

   C:Users  -USER NAME-  AppDataLocalVirtualStoreProgram FilesEA GAMESMOHAAmainta

   or maintt if its BT.

download fraps . it's freeware and a simple program to use that offers not only programmable hotkeys for screenshots but allows you to save the screenies in whatever folder you wish . also the screenshots are of superior quality than the ones taken by the mohaa program itself (ie. night shots aren't pitch black) . add to that you can now film videos with the ease of a hotkey and you'll find, like me, f12 seldom used .
