This site may harm your computer

I just redid my computer from a fresh install and googled mru . I knew about that may harm your site stuff but I didn't know it wouldn't let you go to the site . It says

   

    You can learn more about harmful web content and how to protect your computer at StopBadware.org.

   

   I wonder how it got like that ? Is it someone who complained to google ?
