I don't see that quick menu box on the left. Maybe it can be seen by admins only?

You just look at what the arrow is pointing at ;)

Chatrooms on the bottom left (for SFX Chat Rooms) or bottom right for Chat individually.

Perhaps you need to undock it by clicking where the red marker is.

Thats the auto-grab function, it just empties your account for you, all is well :P
