Which dogs do you mean?  Phils {SFX} SmartHounds (which you play as the dog and CAN be killed) or the admins hound which they unleash on someone on the server and it will not stop until it has killed its target and cannot be killed (sounds like you were a target lol) - thats just admins cruel sense of humour - i sometimes ask people to pick a player and will do things to them as an example like setting them on fire or strapping them to a V2 and launching them etc etc.
